Provided technical leadership, integration, and application development support as an integral team member on a

 large, complex PeopleSoft 8 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Support and Marketing implementation.

 

·          Designed complex enhancements to the PeopleSoft 8 Customer and Case Management applications, involving many complex PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQL, Page, Record and Field level customizations to the PeopleSoft 8 CRM Support application.

·          Led the development of several custom Medical and Legal Case Management components, which involved building over 3000 custom PeopleTools objects and a complex case management and customer data model requiring over 160 new tables and 800 fields.

·          Designed and automated complex client business processes using various PeopleSoft CRM technologies, including Application Messaging, Component Interfaces, Workflow, Worklists, Email, Telephony software, extensive use of PeopleCode, and other PeopleSoft development and integration technologies.

·          Implemented nine PeopleSoft Enterprise Integration Points (EIPs), using Application Messaging, to synchronize real-time customer, contact and billing transactions across PeopleSoft 8 CRM, Financials and HRMS applications, and to enable the one-time conversion of customer, billing, and employee data from PeopleSoft Financials and Human Resources to PeopleSoft CRM.

·          Implemented a complex two-way synchronous interface between PeopleSoft CRM and a Flash multi-media and Java-based ‘medical sequencing’ application, using a custom PeopleSoft Component Interface and external Java API technologies.

·          Implemented real-time Customer and Case Management Integration points between PeopleSoft CRM and Documentum, using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, HTML, and ActiveX technologies.

·          Implemented a complex two-way asynchronous integration solution between PeopleSoft CRM and 3M ICD Medical Encoding Software, using custom PeopleTools, PeopleCode, and ActiveX technologies.
